For many years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching Executive Pastors who were new to the role, or just needed a second set of eyes during a season of personal growth. I’ve also coached many pastors who wish they had an Executive Pastor but aren’t at a place where that’s an option. Lastly, I’ve helped a number of pastors during construction projects. Since coaching is not my main gig, I’ve been able to provide one-on-one Pastoral Coaching for much less than those who do it full time. If this is something you are interested in pursuing, keep on reading and then reach out to me. It would be my privilege to help you grow in your ability to lead your church and staff well. I have the bandwidth to take on ten to twelve coaching relationships at any given time. Here is a breakdown of what a coaching relationship looks like and what it costs. If you are in a church plant or economically challenged urban context, please don’t let the cost get in your way. Just explain your situation, and we’ll figure out a way to make it work.
