For many years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching Executive Pastors who were new to the role, or just needed a second set of eyes during a season of personal growth. I’ve also enjoyed coaching Lead Pastors who were not in a place where they could hire an Executive Pastor. With a heart for new church planters, it’s been my privilege to find ways to provide this coaching to you at an affordable rate. Since coaching is not my main gig, I’ve been able to provide executive level coaching for much less than those who do it full time. I have the bandwidth to take on ten to twelve coaching relationships at any given time. Here is a breakdown of what a coaching relationship looks like and what it costs. If you are in a church plant or economically challenged urban or international context, please don’t let the cost get in your way. Just explain your situation, and we’ll figure out a way to make it work. I’ve never turned down someone over money.

Basic Coaching For An Individual Executive or Lead Pastor: $1500.00

-Six months of scheduled monthly one-hour phone or zoom calls targeted at your current developmental and guidance needs.
-The first call can last up to two hours as we get to know one another.
-Calls are with one leader for the duration of the six months.
-Unlimited quick questions via email, text and phone in between scheduled calls. Sometimes you need 10 minutes regarding a time sensitive issue, but our next call is not for 3 weeks. In those cases, I’m always available for a quick check-in in between meetings.

Basic Coaching For A Lead Pastor / Executive Pastor Team: $1800.00

-Six months of scheduled monthly 75 minute phone calls targeted at your current developmental and guidance needs.
-First call can last up to two and a half hours as we get to know one another.
-Calls can be with the two leaders for the duration of the six months, or mixed up with some one-on-one coaching as needed.
-Quick questions via email, text and phone in between scheduled calls. Sometimes you need 10 minutes regarding a time sensitive issue, but our next call is not for 3 weeks. In those cases, I’m always available for a quick check-in in between meetings.
-This package is meant to address the relational needs that the LP/XP team often encounter.

Onsite Visit For One Day, Weekday: $1400.00 Plus Expenses.

-I fly in early in the morning and back out that evening with the intent of having 6-10 hours with you.
-Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the best days for this, with Friday being my preference.
-We decide together how my time with you in person will be most effective.
-You’ve got me from the time I walk off the plane till the time I get back on again. Maximize our time by picking me up at the airport and having time to connect in the car.
Note: If we determine that a longer visit is needed for your situation, I add $1,000 for each additional day, plus overnight hotel costs. More than two days is rarely helpful.

Onsite Visit, Weekend: $2000.00 Plus Expenses.

-If it makes sense for me to get my eyes on your weekend gatherings as a part of our coaching, we can combine that with some additional meetings with yourself or key staff.
-I fly in on a Saturday night in time for dinner with whomever you’d like and out on a Sunday night.
-We decide together how my time with you in person will be most effective.
-You’ve got me from the time I walk off the plane till the time I get back on again.
-Note: If we determine that a longer visit is needed for your situation, I add $1,000 for each additional day, plus overnight hotel costs.
